Product DescriptionIP42 Series High Speed Electric Linear Actuator, is a driving and executing device which can convert electric energy into reciprocating motion, suitable for various complicated or simple technological processes. Compared with hydraulic pneumatic system, actuators don’t need complicated system, not limited by climate or environment, compact and lightweight, easy to install and maintain, it can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, power, coal, transportation, grain, chemical industry, building materials and etc.
Powder metallurgy shell makes actuators’ serving life much longer than plastic ones; with low noise, our linear actuators can be used in many different situation; with built-in limit switches on each side, electrical motor will automatic stop working when the telecopic rod reaches to the top or bottom to ensure user’s safety; actuators can stop at any position you want, and won’t retract even with load; rugged spur gearing, industrial quality synthetic lubricants and high performance motors combine to provide maximum capability and value for the end user. Units are gasketed and sealed for operation in industrial and mobile outdoor applications.
Regular stroke length is from 50mm-950mm, and we can offer you with customized products according to you requirements, OEM and ODM are available.
