We started with a few hands, a single workshop, and a belief: to make things move silently and precisely. Today, we’re the industry’s trusted motion control partner.
At Hoodland, we specialize in electric actuators, lifting columns, and control systems that power automation, medical equipment, and smart living. Our journey started with molds and machining, and it shows: every product we ship carries the mindset of precision engineering.
Today, our clients span industries and continents, but the way we work hasn’t changed. We listen. We build. We deliver what we promise.
At Hoodland, we don’t aim to be the biggest—we aim to be the one you trust most when precision matters.
Our Journey
Hoodland’s journey into intelligent manufacturing dates back to 1988. That year, we began as a family workshop focused on precision molds. Over the past three decades, we’ve grown from a small factory to a leading electric linear actuator brand. Each step reflects our commitment to quality and our exploration of the future.
We branched out into injection molding and began offering OEM services for well-known names like Delixi Electric and Kawamura Electric (Japan). That early trust from industry leaders helped shape our standards for quality and reliability.
With growing demand, we moved into a new 4,000-square-meter facility. The upgrade gave us more room to expand our operations, take on larger projects, and improve efficiency across the board.
This was the year we launched our own linear actuators and lifting columns—our first step beyond OEM work and into product innovation. It marked the beginning of our focus on smart motion solutions.
As our products proved their reliability, we found applications in more industries—smart furniture, medical equipment, industrial systems, even agriculture. It was clear our technology had a broader role to play.
We doubled down on intelligent linear motion control, developing systems that met the rising demands of Industry 4.0. From automation lines to smart environments, our solutions became more integrated and adaptive.
We’re aiming higher—growing our presence in global markets, while continuing to release smarter, faster, and more efficient linear actuator products every year. Our goal is simple: to help customers move forward, precisely and reliably.
We Work Based on These Values
Doing the Right Thing
We don’t cut corners—on materials, on quality, or on promises. Whether it’s a one-piece sample or a bulk order, we treat every job with the same level of responsibility. At Hoodland, integrity means keeping our word, owning our work, and being someone our clients can count on, time and again.
We’re not here to push products—we’re here to help you make things move, quietly and reliably. That’s why we ask questions, listen carefully, and adapt to your actual needs. Many of our best solutions were born not from a catalog, but from deep conversations with our customers.
Innovation, for us, isn’t flashy—it’s practical. It’s the quiet actuator that lasts twice as long. The custom mount that saves your team hours of installation. The smarter controller that makes your system easier to manage. We improve things that matter, even if no one notices—because we notice.
We know time matters—but so does doing things right. Our workflows are designed to respond fast without compromising quality. When a customer needs a solution on short notice, we don’t hesitate—we coordinate, prototype, and deliver. That’s the kind of speed that builds trust.
At Hoodland, we design and manufacture electric actuators, lifting columns, and control systems—the quiet, powerful components that make smart automation possible.
